Welcome to NeuroCampus Aarhus

NeuroCampus Aarhus is a crosscutting research cluster within neuroscience and cognition at Aarhus University (AU).NeuroCampus Aarhus is a focus area of AU and receives strong support from the Lundbeck Foundation, The Danish National Research Foundation, Aarhus University Hospitals, the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, and numerous industrial partners.

NeuroCampus Aarhus (NCA) strives to understand normal brain function and its changes in neurological and psychiatric diseases. NCA comprise basic sciences ranging from neurogenetics, molecular and cellular neurobiology to clinical neuroscience, rehabilitation research and cognitive neuroscience. NeuroCampus research has strong translational traditions, being partly embedded in Aarhus University Hospital.
