Welcome to NeuroCampus Aarhus

NeuroCampus Aarhus is a crosscutting research cluster within neuroscience and cognition at Aarhus University (AU).NeuroCampus Aarhus is a focus area of AU and receives strong support from the Lundbeck Foundation, The Danish National Research Foundation, Aarhus University Hospitals, the Danish Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, and numerous industrial partners.

NeuroCampus Aarhus (NCA) strives to understand normal brain function and its changes in neurological and psychiatric diseases. NCA comprise basic sciences ranging from neurogenetics, molecular and cellular neurobiology to clinical neuroscience, rehabilitation research and cognitive neuroscience. NeuroCampus research has strong translational traditions, being partly embedded in Aarhus University Hospital.

AU IDEAS grant to NEURODIN.
The AUFF has under the Call AU IDEAS granted 4 milion DKK to the proposal NEURODIN. The application had Marina Romero-Ramos as main applicant, but the research project will be the joint effort of Dr. David Brooks, Dr. Vanesa Sanchez-Guajardo, and Dr Thomas Vorup-Jensen.
